Phyllis Anne Schang

Mrs. Phyllis Anne Haver Schang, 85, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born in Defiance County, Ohio on July 11, 1937, to the late Walter and Pearl Vogelsong Haver. Mrs. Schang retired from K-Mart in Bryan, Ohio. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte (Sipe) Blad (Tony); sons and daughters-in-law, Craig Sipe (Nancy), Curtis Sipe (Kelli); grandchildren, Cory Sipe (Amber), Kristin Priest (Randy), Nichole Coffey (Darrin), Jennifer Sipe, Kenneth Sipe, Kevin Sipe, Jessica Sipe, Jason Sipe, Matthew Smith (Sabrina), Patick Blad (Kyliegh), Timothy Blad; great grandchildren, Cain Sipe, Gavin Sipe, Nathan Priest, Madelyn Priest, Austin Priest, Natalie Coffey, Dean Coffey, Raiden Smith, Zoey Smith; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schang was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Schang; a daughter, Cynthia Sipe; a sister, Dorothy Meek; a brother, Lavonne Haver . No services will be held at this time. Moody Funeral Service in Mt. Airy is serving the Schang family.
