Preston Rudy Boley

Preston “Rudy” Boley, 76, of Collinsville, VA passed away on July 19, 2024. He was born in Altavista, VA to the late Charles Claiborne Boley and Ethel May Childress Boley. He is also predeceased by his brother, Charles Boley; and sisters, Barbara Dalton and Margie Chronister.

Rudy was retired after many years working as an automotive salesman. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Mary Louise Boley; daughter, Malissa Anne Martin (Danny); stepdaughter, Shelly Slaughter (TJ); stepson, Brian Tatum (Jessica); grandchildren, Katelyn Tatum, Abigail Tatum, Kassidy Slaughter, Kylie Slaughter, Robert Knouse, and Caroline Knouse.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville, VA Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville.

Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel is serving the Boley family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
