Ralph Hamilton
Mr. Ralph Dewayne Hamilton, age 86, of Covington, died Monday, January 26, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Rhonda Ray Hamilton to whom he was married for sixty-five years.
Mr. Hamilton was born September 19, 1939 in Roaring Springs, PA, the son of the late Ralph Loriane Hamilton and Hazel Alberta Price. He served his country as a member of the United States Army. Formerly of Williamsburg, PA, Ralph moved to this area in 1963. He was employed by Mead/Westvaco where he worked on #1 Paper Machine for forty-five years before his retirement.
Mr. Hamilton was a member of Solid Rock Ministries where he faithfully attended his church and cared for his church family. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Throughout his life, Ralph was a simple man who lived a simple life.
In addition to his wife, Rhonda, Mr. Hamilton is survived by two daughters, Jewel Tincher and husband, Donnie of Covington and Crystal Hamilton of Covington; one grandchild, Caleb Tincher and wife, Hope; one great grandchild, Ellie Tincher; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with Pastor Pamela Irvine officiating. Entombment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, weather permitting.
Pallbearers will be family and friends attending the service.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday afternoon from noon until time of service at Loving Funeral Home.
