Ralph Owens

E. Ralph Owens, 89 of Rustburg, Virginia passed away on March 5, 2026. He was the son of the late Clyde and Maggie Owens.

He was born August 16, 1936 in Grundy, Virginia.

Ralph was an avid hunter, fisherman, horse enthusiast, machinist, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Ralph is survived by his daughter Vickie Webb; sons Gary and Kirk Owens; grandchildren, Jenna Holt, Eric Owens, Alex Owens, Dylan Owens, Ryan Owens; great grandchildren, Tristan, Elyse, Emmette, Dawson, and Georgia; brother Carl Owens, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife of 66 years Phyllis Owens, sister Venia Shortridge; brothers, Bill Owens, Robert Owens, and Condle Owens.

A private family service will be held at a family cemetery.
