Ramona Joyce Anderson McDaniel

Ramona Joyce Anderson McDaniel, age 75 passed away Monday, June 9, 2025 at SOVAH Health Care in Danville, Virginia. Mrs. McDaniel was born September 24, 1949 to the late Lillian Steele Anderson and the late Earl Anderson. She was married to Tony McDaniel.

She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and was retired from Unique Industries in Blairs, Virginia. She will always be remembered as a kindhearted and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to everyone who knew her.

In addition to her beloved husband, she is also survived by one daughter, Kimberly McDaniel; two grandsons, Timothy Gene Hill and Brandon Ty Hill; one brother, James Earl Anderson; niece, Michelle McDaniel; and her great nephew, Kevin Huffman.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by two brothers, Berley Edward Anderson and Jerry Leon Anderson.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Danville Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jeff Woods officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the graveside at Norris Funeral Service, West End Chapel from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.

At other times, the family will receive friends and family at the residence.
