Randy Marlowe Huffman
Randy Marlowe Huffman, aged 57, transitioned to his forever home in Heaven on November 9,2024. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Born in 1967 on February 2 to Lawrence & Angie Huffman, he was the youngest son.In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Huffman.Randy was a lover of fishing and anything outdoors. He was a selfless person, the kind that would help anyone without asking for anything in return. From a young age, he spent a lot of time with the family at the beach and at Bugg's Island where he enjoyed anything from sunbathing and fishing to helping build houses with his brother Gary. He was always hands on and was always fixing something.Randy worked at Haverline Labels for 30 years and was considered more like family than an employee; a loyal hard worker who never sat on the clock when things were slow, and he was finished with his work - An honest man he was. He would leave for work early in the morning, so that he was able to finish his workday early and come home to take care of his mother's projects around the house. When he wasn't working, you could most certainly find him on the riverbank casting a line or fiddling around outside. Always sporting a bandana, this became a staple for him - and always posing with a peace sign - he was just a good ole country boy that loved to jam out to music while visiting pastimes and reminiscing on the good ole days. Randy's presence and carefree nature will be missed immensely, but his spirit will live on with us until we see him again. In addition to his mom, who he cherished, he is survived by his sister, Wanda Bullins (Clyde) of Bassett, Va, his sister, Tabatha Linkous (Rex) of Charles City, Va. His nieces and nephews, Brad Arrington, Michael Bullins, Jessica Young, Samantha Linkous, Zac Linkous. Great nieces and nephews, Gabby, Kayden, Nori, Axl, Marlee, Jameson, and Aiden.
