Richard Dennis Williams

Richard “Dennis” Williams, 67 of Narrows, Virginia departed this life December 28, 2024 at his home. Born in Virginia on February 19, 1957 he was a son of Eunice Cumbee Williams and the late Haven Richard Williams.

Dennis first served graciously as a soldier in the United States Army. Later he served professionally as a roof contractor. Dennis felt most free and connected when he was fishing or enjoying time by the river bank. He also enjoyed playing a game of cards with his friends and coin collecting.

He is preceded in death by his father, Haven Williams.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his mother, Eunice Williams; daughter, Keisha Williams (Will) of Fairlawn; Melissa Williams of Rich Creek; Casey Williams of Pearisburg; and Kelsey Williams of Rich Creek; his grandchildren; Mallorie, Alec, Bellamy, Athena, Braelyn Stafford, and Bryson Stafford; great-grandson, Welsey Blake; his companion, Carolyn Farley and her family; sisters, Shelia Blankenship, Vickie Williams, Sandy Caldwell, and Beverly Downard; and several nieces and nephews.
