Richard Lee Law

Richard Lee Law, age 95 of Rocky Mount died Friday, May 29, 2026. He was born March 26, 1931 a son of the late Emmett and Mabel Hicks Law. Surviving are his wife, Becky Holt Law; children, Deborah Triplett (Terry) of Bassett, Richard Nathaniel Law (Pariloee) of Jacksonville, FL, Doug Law of Collinsville; step-daughter, Barbie Campbell of Martinsville; grandchildren, Tara Hines of Bassett, Amber Boone of Axton, Rusty Law of New Braunfels, TX, Whitney Collins Law of Ponte Vedra, FL; and sister, Paige Law Adams of Rocky Mount. Richard retired from E.I. DuPont in 1985. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Richard also loved spending time in his garden and giving much away. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2026 with Pastor John Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
