Richard Wayne Foley, 56, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024. He was born November 16, 1967, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late James David Foley and Marie Bennett Foley.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Davie Foley.Richard was great with his hands, and loved to do repairs around the house, and tinker with his vehicles. He was known as a tender and kind-hearted man.He is survived by daughter, Katelynn Foley; son, Cody Foley; brother, Danny Scott; and grandchild, Serenity Vance.A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Clearview Wesleyan Church.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
