Roger Franklin Kemp, age 70 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023 at his home. Born October 5, 1952 in Pulaski, he was the son ofthe late James & Ruth Bell Kemp. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, James, Marvin and Archie Kemp and sisters, Ollie Mae Able and Hazel Hyatt. 
Roger is survived by his 
Fiancee – Wanda Ratcliffe-Pulaski 
Children – Amy Kemp and wife, Jennifer Peters-Kemp-Pulaski
 Joshua Brown – IL, Brandon Brown – IL
 Bethany and Sunshine Ratcliffe-Pulaski
Grandchildren – Star and Zain Semones & Schye Brown
Brother – Robert Kemp – ILSisters – Mildred (Bob) Dunford – Pulaski, Ella Riddle - Pulaski
Many nieces and nephews
Memorial services will be held  Wednesday 6:00 p.m., June 14, 2023  in the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski.
The family will receive friends one hour before service time at the Funeral Home.
