Ruth Ann Bost

Ruth Ann Bost, age 79, of Danville, Virginia, went home on February 16, 2026, to be with the love of her life, the late Mr. Thomas Bost.

Mrs. Bost was born on March 9, 1946, to the late Mary Elizabeth Knox Wickham and Miles Wickham.

Mrs. Ruth graduated the class of 64’ from Roseville Highschool in Roseville, Ohio. She was a certified interior designer as well as a master gardener.

Mrs. Ruth was a woman of many talents. From being a realtor to owning a dog grooming salon, Ruth loved life and lived it the best way she could.

Mrs. Bost is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Willis (Roy Willis, Jr. – deceased); step-son, Thomas Bost II (Suzy Bost); three grandchildren Jessica Willis-Pugh, Jalen Bost, and Thomas (Tommy) Bost III; 7 great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Adam, Mellie, Jaylen, Micha, Emma, and Liam; sister, Betty Jerry; and 5 dogs and 2 cats.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Carl Bost and great-grandchild, Lilly.

A graveside service for Mrs. Bost will be conducted on Friday, February 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Danville Memorial Gardens with Pastor Joey Bray officiating.
