Shall Millner

Shall Lanier "Weed" Millner, 50, of 2032 Mercer Avenue, NW, Roanoke, VA transitioned on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at her home.  She was born March 26, 1975, a daughter of Ramadan Yasin and the late Vanessa Millner Dalton.  

She was a graduate of Martinsville High School and attended Refreshing Church in Roanoke, VA.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Kelseay "Kel" Millner, of Martinsville, VA and Caitlan "Cece" Millner, of Roanoke, VA; two sisters, Janet Millner, of Rome NY; and Melissa Tate, of Martinsville, VA; one brother, Felix Niblett, Jr., of Martinsville, VA; and one granddaughter, Naomi Millner, of Roanoke, VA.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Hines Funeral Services chapel with Pastor Alfred Eccles, officiating.  Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one half hour prior to the funeral and will be at the home of her aunt, Pattie Niblett 112 South Beaver Street Martinsville, VA at other times. A public viewing will be held Friday February 27, 2026 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Hines Funeral Services.
