Sherri Deanne Curry

Sherri Deanne Curry, 52, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her home. She was born January 27, 1971, in Eden, North Carolina to Larry Steve Curry and Shirley Meanette Antley Curry. She was a Vet Tech with the SPCA. She loved animals, was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Wendy Rodgers. Sherri is survived by her wife, Cory E. Shaw; sons, Jacob Curry and Shawn Kessler; sisters, Cindy Taylor (Brian) and April Via (Kevin); brother, Steve Curry; special great nephews, Brantley Cooper and Westlyn Rigney; nine nieces and nephews; fifteen great nieces and nephews; and her three dogs, Weeble, Charlie Mae and Harty. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 2:00 P. M. at Wells Spring Fellowship, 590 Dupont Road, Martinsville, Virginia 24112.
