Shirley Ethel Cochran

Shirley Ethel Cochran, 82, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023. She was born December 11, 1940, in Big Four, West Virginia, to the late Homer Denton and Peggy Workman Denton.

Shirley was a Homemaker for sixty years and loved to care for children.

She is survived by her husband, James Cochran; daughters, Kristi Nicole Collins and Toni Marie Noe (Eric); son, James Carrington Cochran, Jr. (Kim); sister, Myrtle Denton; brother, John Denton (Betty); grandchildren, Holly Jade Noe and Joseph Trey Collins.

The Funeral will be held Wednesday March 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Jennifer Graham officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 3410 Coal Heritage Road, Bluefield, West Virginia. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Wright Funeral Service Chapel, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
