Shirley Neely Coffey

Shirley Neely Coffey, 89, wife of W.E. Coffey, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, just five days shy of her 90th birthday. She was the daughter of the late Julius and Lillian Surface Neely.

She was a member of Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church.

She will be missed and remembered by her husband of 71 years, Wallace E. “Wally” Coffey; son, Steven Coffey; daughter, Susan Coffey Street (Bobby); grandchildren, Jacob Street (Nikki), and Hannah Walker (Caleb); great-grandchildren, Braydan, Ty, Lucas, Hudson, Ellie, and Blakelyn.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Evergreen Burial Park with Dr. James Armentrout officiating. The family will speak to guests at the graveside.
