Steven Earnest Werner

Steven Earnest Werner, 58, passed peacefully on September 22, 2023. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on September 14, 1965 to the late Gisela Werner and the late Tom Werner. He was also predeceased by his loving wife, Judy Payne Werner.

Steven is survived by a step son; James Comfort of Durham, NC; a step daughter; Katheryn Comfort of Dillon, CO; and his two special cats; Max and Maggie.

In addition to his parents and wife, Steven was predeceased by a sister; Angela.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held for both Judy and Steven Werner on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Boaze family Cemetery, Franklin Turnpike, Dry Fork, VA 24549. During the service, the family would like to extend an invite to any family or friends that would like to speak during the service can do so.
