Sidney Either Dalton, Jr.

Sidney Either Dalton, Jr., 72, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at his home in New River. He was retired from Lynchburg Foundry after 38 ½ years of service where he was a millwright. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney, Sr. and Martha Dalton; and his son, Duane Dalton.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Connie Dickerson Dalton; son, Douglas Dalton of Madison, Alabama; daughter, Michelle Stanley of New River; 7 grandchildren and their spouses, Demi and Cole Vincent, Dylan Dalton, Tyler and Shannon Dalton, Nicholas Dalton, Jacob Dalton, Caila Stanley, and Sydney and Cody Zaffuto; 5 great grandchildren, Easton Vincent, Bauer Vincent, Carsten Stanley, Ridley Dalton and Maleficent Zaffuto; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Dick Hopkins of Georgia; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Ginny Tompkins officiating.
