Terry Scott Marsh
Terry Scott Marsh, lovingly known as Scott, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on April 2, 1961, Scott lived a life defined by love, loyalty, dedication to his country and most of all, to his family. Scott proudly served in the United States Army as a Ranger, dedicating himself to his country with courage and honor. His service as an Army Ranger reflected his unwavering strength, resilience, and commitment to protecting those he cared about. Scott had a deep love for cooking and grilling, and he was known for making every gathering feel like a feast. His humor was unmatched, bringing joy and laughter to those around him. Above all, Scott loved his family fiercely. He shared an unbreakable bond with his siblings, adored his daughter and grandson, and was a beloved uncle who made lasting memories with his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his daughter, Glenna Whitney, and his grandson, Damon Rhea. He is also survived by his siblings, all who meant the world to him: Stephen Marsh and his son, Stevie Marsh, Elizabeth Novotny and her children, Jennifer Krause and her husband, Joe Krause, and their daughter, Selene Krause; Allison Novotny; and Christine Novotny, Bill Holtzworth and his wife, Lisa Holtzworth, and their sons, Brandon Smith, and Bill Holtzworth III, Kathryn Holtzworth and her husband, Sean Kelly, and their children, Courtney Cavazos and Andrew Cavazos Scott will be cremated, and the family will hold a private memorial at a later date to celebrate his life.
