Thomas Carol Williams
Thomas Carol Williams, 86, of Fieldale, Va. passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026. He was born in West Virginia December 24, 1939, to George Thomas Williams and Ada Virginia Baily Williams.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Kendrick Williams; brother, Rufus Dean Williams and granddaughter, Brooklyn Faith Williams.
Thomas is survived by his brother, Ronnie Lee Williams (Pat); sisters, Brenda Sheryl Ashwell (Doug) and Deborah Williams Oakie (Tom); son, Thomas Carol “T.C.” Williams, Jr.; Sister-in-law, Joyce Epperly Williams; Grandson, Logan Bryce Williams. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Thomas was a Christian and a member of the Methodist Church of Stuart, Va. He was a very humble, caring and friendly person who loved everyone. He had stated he was ready to meet his family and wife in heaven. He loved golfing and fishing and enjoyed collecting knives, comic books and western movies.
The family expresses their deep appreciation for all the love, care and support provided by the 3rd floor nurses and staff at Mulberry Creek Nursing Home and for the care provided by the nurses with Amedisys Hospice.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at McKee-Stone Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 am and will be officiated by Ronnie Lee Williams, the brother of Thomas. Music and singing will be provided by the family. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, Va.
Pallbearers will be his nephews, Robert Inman, Jeffrey Dean Williams and Brian Scott Williams; great nephews, Isaac Reese Wood and Benton Nash Wood; and his close friend, Thomas Dewayne Turner.
