Thomas "Doug" Douglas Smith

Thomas Douglas Smith “Doug”, age 61 of Radford, passed away Monday, May 26th, 2025. He was born to the late James Douglas and Thelma Mae Smith on December 1st, 1963. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Smith. He is survived by his wife Teresa, daughters Katlin (Jeremy), Cassie (Matt), and Chelsea (Tim), and grandson Brayden Lawson. He is also survived by his brothers Lonnie (Tracy) and Ronnie Dale. Doug is also survived by his mother and father-in-law, Bill and Lou Duncan, sister-in-law Kelli (Billy), and numerous special nieces and nephews. The family will have a private celebration of life
