Thomas Jefferson Napier

Mr. Thomas Jefferson Napier, age 92, of Dobson, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born on October 30, 1930 in Bell County Kentucky to the late Leander and Rose Hopkins Napier. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will surely be missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory are daughters and son-in-law, Constance Starkey, Debbie Corday (Jim); son and daughter-in-law, Dennis Napier (Carrie); fifteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents Mr. Napier was preceded in death by his wife Viola Carlile Napier; daughters, Karen Arvidson, Kathy Watson; siblings, Blanche, Myrtle, Marie, Franklin, and Earl. A funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Dobson Church of God with service conducted by Pastor Brandon Jones. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time for the service at the church.
