Thomas Michael Spicer, 79, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026. He was born on October 28, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Richard and Lucille Dorman Spicer. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Rita Lynn Spicer, four brothers, and one sister.
Thomas served in the Air Force and later worked as the Sanitation Director for the City of Danville. He attended Trinity United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Rodgers (Sean); brother, David Spicer; and grandchildren, Ryan Iraheta and Alycia Iraheta.
Norris Funeral Services, Inc of Martinsville, Virginia, is serving the Spicer family.
