Thomas “Tom” Troy Barkley, Jr.

Thomas “Tom” Troy Barkley, Jr., age 79 of Draper, died Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at English Meadows in Blacksburg. He was born on June 27, 1947 in Hickory, North Carolina, and was the son of the late Violet Rae Asherbraner Barkley and the late Thomas Troy Barkley, Sr. Tom was a retired manager of the former Pulaski Furniture Corporation.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William “Bill” Asher Barkley.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Jean Havens Barkley: his sons; Thomas Troy Barkley, III and Justin (Sabrina) Ryan Barkley: grandchildren; Emma Grace Barkley and Abigail Rae Barkley.

All services will be held privately
