Tracey Hooker Hutcherson

Tracey Hutcherson (Mana) of Blairs, VA, born August 13, 1964, went home to be with the Lord on August 21, 2025, at the age of 61.

Tracey was the beloved daughter of Shirley Adkins Hooker and Thomas Harvey Hooker. She was a devoted Mother to Bradley Hutcherson, Dailey Pheasant, and Tiphanie Reel (Peter), and a proud grandmother to Eliana Hutcherson, P.J. Reel, Hayli McCormick, Gabriele Reel, Emilee Pheasant, Naley Pheasant, Chase Arthur, and Lily Reel. She was also blessed to be a great-grandmother to Zayden Coles. She is survived by her brothers Thomas Lee Hooker (Donna) and William Hooker and sisters Tammy Moore (Mike), Stephanie McDonald (George) and Billy Jo Owens, nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Chico.

She was predeceased by her brother-in-law A.J. Moore and her niece Mari McDonald.

Tracey graduated with honors from Danville Community College. In her free time she enjoyed studying scripture and was of the Baptist faith. She immersed herself in science fiction, puzzles, and spending time with her family-the joy of her life.

A Funeral Service will he be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 2:00pm at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA. A visitation will be held on the same day prior to the service from 1-2:00pm also at Norris Mt. Hermon chapel, Danville, VA. At other times the family will receive friends at the residence of her parents, at 1588 David Giles Lane, Blairs, VA 24527.
