Walter Preston McCabe, age 81, of 1000 Fairview Ave, Clifton Forge, Virginia died on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the Sheila S. Strauss Hospice House in Roanoke, Virginia.
Mr. McCabe was born on December 29, 1943 in Rockbridge County, Virginia to the late Charles and Iris Louise Painter McCabe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Frances Harper and a brother, George Wesley McCabe.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge is handling arrangements.
