Wanda Ann Haymore Sprinkle White

Mrs. Wanda Ann Haymore Sprinkle White, age 80, of Dobson, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born March 29, 1942, in Surry County to the late Roy Haymore and the late Stella Brown Haymore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Bill Sprinkle, and John White; her son, Mark Sprinkle; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Bonnie Haymore; sister-in-law Dorothy Haymore; and her brother, Cleve Haymore.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters and sons-in-law, Jan and Todd Davis, Gay and Stuart Clarkson; stepson and daughter-in-law, Chad and Patricia White; daughter-in-law, Leticia Sprinkle; grandchildren, Katie Luebchow, Kimberly Ford (Jonathan), Neil Luebchow, Mallory Myers (Erik), Paul Sprinkle (Ashley); step grandchildren, Emma White, Andy White, and Jonas White; great grandchildren, Myles Wilson, Cody Ford, Waylon Ford, and Sunny Myers; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Ginny Haymore; and sister-in-law, Judy Haymore. Mrs. White was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, was a member of Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church, and worked in accounting at Wayne Farms till her retirement Wanda enjoyed playing Rook with her lifelong friends, living near great neighbors, and spending time with her children, grand and great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 1:00-2:00 PM, at Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church. Services will begin at 2:00 PM, in the church, with Rev. Jeff Wall, and Rev. Austin Caviness officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church’s Cemetery Fund, PO Box 404, Dobson NC 27017, Senior Saints of Salem Fork Christian Church, PO Box 1130, Dobson NC, or Gentiva Hospice, 126 Executive Drive, Wilkesboro NC 28697. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the White family.
