William Alfonso Preston, 72, of Collinsville, Virginia, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023, at his home. He was born November 8, 1950, in Staten Island, New York to the late George W. Preston and Mattie Dotson Preston. He was a graduate of G. W. Carver High School. He is survived by his daughter, Tarsha Preston; son, William Preston; sister, Vicki P. Crawley; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. All services are private. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
