William Brett Weiner

William Brett Weiner, age 52, passed away at home on September 27, 2026. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, on January 21, 1973.

William moved to North Carolina with his family when he was just 15 years old, but his heart eventually led him back to New York, where he attended The Culinary Institute of America. He graduated with a passion for cooking and went on to become an incredible chef. One of his greatest joys was cooking for his beloved wife, Jennifer Jinright Weiner.

William and Jennifer were married on October 31, 2014, sharing a mutual love of Halloween and horror films. He was a self-proclaimed connoisseur of coffee and could always appreciate the perfect cup. He loved 80s music and could always find a reason to turn up the volume and rock out. Above all, William was a gentle soul with a kind heart who had a deep love for animals. He is preceded in death by many beloved pets, including mastiffs, Isis and Osiris.

He will be remembered for his talent, his passions, his gentle spirit, and the love he shared with Jennifer and all who knew him. He will be missed more than words can say, but the love he gave, the memories he created, and the mark he left on the hearts of those who knew him will remain forever.

A memorial service for William will be on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. at the home that William and Jennifer shared. The family invites friends and loved ones to come by and share memories at, 2297 Penn Store Rd, Spencer, Virginia, 24165.
