William C. (Billy) Carter, 51, of Roanoke passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 18, 2022.
Billy was a fearless individual. He loved to watch his beloved Dallas Cowboys and was an accomplished artist.
Surviving is his father and mother, Steve and Belinda Long Carter; brother, Boo Carter and wife Beverly Able Carter; special friend, Mandee Leap; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road.
