Wilma Smith- Coleman

Wilma Smith-Coleman, 67, of Martinsville Virginia, passed away on November 23, 2022. after a short illness. Born in Welch, WV she was the daughter of the late Ance and Laura Blankenship Cline. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed attending church. She enjoyed time with family, loved watching Jeopardy, and being a “Professional MaMa”. She attended Bluefield State College, lastly working at Bassett Mirror Company before settling down as a homemaker to raise her grandchildren. She saw no strangers and had a love for everyone she met. Everyone she met felt the same. Her heart was bigger than the sun. She is preceded in death by both her parents; one daughter, Debbie Cline; three brothers, Phillip "Dino" Cline, Edmond Cline, and Kenneth "Bo" Cline; two sisters, Sharon Lusk and Connie Justice and 2 very special family friends, Robert Smith and Danny Coleman. Those left to cherish her memory is her husband, Roy (Junior) Coleman, her daughter, Marcia Smith (Chad) of Collinsville VA; two sons Jonathan Smith (Bridgette) of Patrick County and Roy (Doo) Coleman, also of the home; two brothers, Randell (Football) Cline of Williamson, WV and Chris Cline (Crystal) of Panther, WV; one sister, Margie Lee; grandchildren, Courtney (Dalton), Dylan, Coby, Lexie and granddaughters, Gracie and Merci that called her Momma. A host of nieces and nephews also called her their MaMa. She would say "Don't cry for me for, I’ve had the time of my life". Services will be held at Wright Funeral Service, Martinsville Virginia on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 with visitation to start at 2pm and Funeral Services at 3pm. Pastor Jerry Seviert and Elder LaKeshia Moore will officiate. Family, Friends, Flowers, and Prayers are welcomed. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
