Wayne Ellis St. Clair

St. Clair, Wayne Ellis, 72, of Vinton went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. He was born August 19, 1949, in Bedford County, the son of the late James and Janie St. Clair. Wayne is survived by sister, Betty Gardner (Steve) and brother, Glenn “Snap” St. Clair (Rita). Also surviving are his nephews, Neil Gardner (Christina) and Dennis Gardner (Jessica); great-nephews, Austin and Gavin Gardner; and his dear friend, Ursula Martin.

Wayne was a devoted employee of GE for 41 years. He was an avid Virginia Tech Hokies fan and loved all sports, especially golf.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Gardner officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 6-8 PM at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton
