Charles Lee Treadway, Sr., 72, of Spencer, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024. He was born February 25, 1952, in West Virginia, to the late Billy Bernard Treadway and Mary Elizabeth Sowder Treadway.Charles was an amazing dad, papa, brother, son, and friend. He loved being able to help others. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed visiting flea markets and watching NASCAR.He is survived by son, Charles Treadway, Jr. (Christie); sisters, Ida Marie Shah (Raj), Mary Ellen Westmoreland (Samuel Tipton), Georgia Mae Blankenship (Paul); grandchildren, Amber Nicole Treadway, Courtney Paige Treadway, Nathaniel Tyler Treadway, Sadie Grace Treadway; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.A Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
