Jean "Betty" Elizabeth Clatterbuck Lawhorn

Betty Jean Clatterbuck Lawhorn, born September 16,1941 in Charlottesville, VA to Welford and Virginia May Snow Clatterbuck. She met her future husband, E. Wayne Lawhorn (also born on 9/16/1941) while they were students at the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind in Staunton, VA. Betty and Wayne lived the rest of their life in Vinton, Bedford County, VA.Betty is predeceased by her parents, husband and sister, Linda Snead (Robert), her brother, Charles Clatterbuck and sister-in-law Valerie Epperley. She is survived by her brother, Karl Clatterbuck and his wife Barbara, sisters-in-law Beverly Clatterbuck, Louisa, VA, Elaine Bays, Alma Schaeffer, Diane Taylor, Roanoke, VA and Faye Seago, Princeton, WV. Also, several nieces and nephews.Betty will be cremated and will be interred next to her husband with a private family service at the Stevens Family Cemetery in Bedford, VA.
