Mildred Gibson

Mildred Frances Clements Graybill Gibson, gained her heavenly wings on August 28, 2024. Frances was born on March 20, 1926 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late William and Katherine Clements. Frances was a devoted wife and mother. She welcomed everyone into her home and made sure they were always treated as family.She is survived by her children; Virginia Richards (Wayne), Bonnie Entsminger (Marvin), Joyce Wilson (Don), Sue Whorley (Michael), William Graybill (Mary), Alan Graybill (Donna), Kathie Brown (Jimmie), and Judy Tamagni (Arnie). She also leaves her grandchildren; David Ballard (Kris), Jennifer Thompson (Dean), Shaun Entsminger (Dawn), Shonda Graybill (Marvin), Jessica Wilson-Shoudel (Chuck), Laura Cash (Andrew), Kevin Whorley (Laurie), Kelly Leahy (Richard), Casey Graybill (Haley), Evan Graybill (Jessie), Jimmie Lee Brown (Tonya) and Benjamin Brown (Crystal), also Frances leaves 20 great-grandchildren.Surviving siblings are Emanuel Clements (Theresa), Lora Cunningham, Leroy Clements, Shelby Weeks, Gary Clements, Roger Clements, David Clements and Lawanda Martin (Colin).Surviving step-children are Brenda Allen (Dale), Dixie Bratton (Ralph), Tammy Keys (Eric) and G.E. Gibson (Susan).Frances was proceeded in death by her husbands, Albert Graybill and Guy Gibson; brother, William Clements; sister Elizabeth Graybill; granddaughters, April Whorley and Courtney Persiani; great granddaughter Addison GraybillThe family will receive friends Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life to be held at 12:00 p.m at Lotz Vinton Chapel. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
